About Us

We are proud to serve an international community of clients. Based in London, our work is often cross-border and complex. We act as personal advisors, dealing with carefully selected overseas professionals on behalf of our clients. We are experts in preserving, growing and transferring wealth, and our clients in Asia span both the world of corporate and private wealth giving us a unique perspective on the market.

Our experience ranges from immigrationsporttax and wealth management, commercial and residential property, and art law, to reputation protection, family lawfamilies in business and trust and succession disputes and planning. We are connected to more property deals and industry professionals than any other London law firm and within dispute resolution have over 180 litigators with the largest dedicated group of injunction specialists in the UK and experienced arbitrators. For business owners we manage cross-border transactions as an extension of our clients’ internal management teams and cover M&Acorporate finance, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, private equity and funds and financial services.

It is for these reasons we have created this site as a resource for our clients and friends across Asia – at once celebrating the uniqueness of its many different constituent parts and sharing information and knowledge that will impact those nations.

From top quality independent editorial to collaborations with law firm, communications and lifestyle partners, we will bring you interesting and relevant content that examines the role of Asia in the global community.

And we’d love to hear from you. If you’d like to get involved with the site, please contact us.
